Custom Plastic Parts Manufacturer

We manufacture custom plastic parts to drawing — enclosures, structural components, precision functional parts and over-molded assemblies — in quantities from a pilot run to repeat production. If it is a plastic part and it has to be right, send us the files.

No obligation. NDA on request. Your files stay private.

Industries we supply

  • Consumer electronics and accessories
  • Home appliances and small domestic equipment

  • Automotive accessories and non-critical interior parts
  • Medical and laboratory equipment housings

From prototype to repeat production

  1. Prototype. CNC or low-cavity tooling to prove fit, function and appearance
  2. Bridge. A short-run tool that gets you to market while the production tool is still being built
  3. Production. Multi-cavity tooling on 75–850 ton machines, with the process recorded so the next run matches this one

Finishing, assembly and packing

A part that arrives with three suppliers still loose in a carton is not a finished part. Sub-assembly, ultrasonic welding, pad printing, laser marking, insert loading and retail-ready or export packing are all done here, so what reaches your line or your customer is one item, not a box of pieces.

What to send for a quote

  • A 3D file — STEP or IGES preferred
  • A 2D drawing with tolerances and the critical dimensions marked
  • Material, or the performance and appearance requirement if the grade is open
  • Surface finish and colour
  • Annual or order volume, and whether the first order is a pilot
  • Any assembly, printing or packing you need done
  • A target price, if you have one — it saves a round of quoting

If the drawing is not finished yet, send whatever exists. We can quote from a 3D model plus a description, and tell you what is still missing.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send yours, or ask us for one. We do not show customer parts, drawings or names to anyone else.

Can you match an existing part we already buy?

Usually yes. Send a sample or 3D scan data and tell us which dimensions are critical. Where we cannot reverse-engineer something reliably — material grade, for instance — we will say so rather than guess.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Molding is run to your order, so MOQ is set by your tool and your volume, not by a blanket rule. Tell us your real demand and we will quote against it honestly, including when the answer is that a smaller shop would suit you better.

Can you take over a project another supplier started?

Yes. Send the 3D data, the tool drawings if they exist, and a sample of the current part. We will review the design before quoting, because taking over a marginal part badly is worse than not taking it over.

How do you handle quality problems after delivery?

Send photos and the measurement data. If the part is out of specification we will find the cause, tell you what we are changing, and make it right.

Attachment size is not a problem — we work with large CAD files every day. Request a quote or email amanda@lyetek.com and tell us what you need.

Attach a STEP or IGES file and a 2D drawing — or just describe the part and we will tell you what we need. We reply with a DFM review, a tooling price and a piece price.
