How a project runs

• 1. Send your drawing — 3D file (STEP/IGES) plus 2D, material, finish and annual volume.
• 2. DFM review & quotation — feasibility, moldflow findings, tooling and piece price quoted separately.
• 3. Mold design & build — design freeze, then steel, machining and assembly.
• 4. T1 samples — with dimensional report and appearance check for your sign-off.
• 5. Mass production — documented process control, inspection and packing.
• 6. Delivery — your forwarder or ours; export packing and shipping documents handled.

Most parts we mold belong to our customers’ live programmes, so we do not publish customer parts, brands or project details on this site. Drawings and product photos are shared only under NDA, and every enquiry is handled in confidence.
