Who you work with
One contact, one quotation, one accountable partner. You send drawings; we handle mold design, tooling, trial shots, inspection and shipping — and you get tooling price and piece price quoted separately, in writing, with no hidden costs.
Our commitments
- Engineering honesty — if a feature is not moldable at your target cost, we say so before tooling starts, not after
- Transparent pricing — tooling and piece price are separate line items, and mold ownership stays with you
- Documented quality — dimensional reports, sample retention and process records available for your quality file
- Confidentiality — drawings, product photos and project details stay under NDA and are never shown to other buyers
- Stable production — the same mold, the same machine settings and the same inspection plan from T1 to shipment
How we work with new buyers
- 1. Send your 3D file (STEP/IGES) and 2D drawing with material, finish and annual volume
- 2. We return a DFM review with moldflow findings and a written quotation
- 3. Tooling begins after your sign-off; T1 samples follow with a full dimensional report
- 4. Mass production starts after your sample approval, with the agreed inspection plan
- 5. Goods ship with export packing and complete shipping documents
