How fast do we respond the enquiry?
We reply to email inquiries within one working day. We can usually have pricing in one day. For quotes involving various parts, it may take longer
Could we provide accessories?
Yes, we do provide many accessories. Common accessories include foam insert, eva insert, blister or tray insert, paper labels, handles, clasps, windows, etc… We can supply other less common accessory.
What’s art format do we use?
AI format is most convenient to us, but we can work on most other formats as long as artwork is high resolution
Do we offer a standard price sheet?
No, we do not offer a standard price list. There are many components that go into pricing: Size of package, order quantity, number of colors to be printed, thickness of raw material and structure and packing requirements
What’s the lead time for production?
Usually 30-35 days after sample approval and receipt of Purchase Order and deposit 30% money, the 70% balance will paid before shipping. April, Junly, September is our peak season; lead time may be longer than 35 days during this period.
What’s the lead time for a printed proofs?
9-14 days
What’s the MOQ?
5,000 pcs for printed boxes. But we still can make it when the quantity is less than MOQ as your requirements
Material we use?
Recycled Tinplate
0.23mm (Common), but can use others like 0.25mm, 0.28mm, 0.3mm, etc
Is our packaging food safe?
Yes, all tin box packaging we make is food-safe and approved by the FDA, BRC. We use non-toxic inks and food grade tinplate materials. Laboratory test reports are available.
